We offer many services at Centre de femmes La Moisson

The Centre’s activities are free, but we strongly encourage women to become members of the Centre in order to help support our mission. A membership card costs only $5.

One-on-one meetings and listening service

One-on-one meetings always take place in private, at the woman’s own pace.

Individual counselling is available, preferably by appointment.

If necessary, some meetings can take place by phone to help women living in rural parts of Vaudreuil‑Soulanges to get the help they need more easily.

Free service.

Coffee chats

Group activities where participants can get together to discuss topics of general interest.

Usually held on MONDAY afternoons from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Registration not required.


Personal development groups and some workshops in English

A series of 5 to 10 meetings on different topics, presented in a variety of different ways, to encourage increased self-awareness and the development of self-confidence and self-esteem. To promote active participation, sharing, and mutual support, groups are limited to 12 participants.

Led by our workers, on TUESDAY and THURSDAY AFTERNOONS from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and MONDAY, TUESDAY and THURSDAY EVENINGS from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in Île-Perrot.

TUESDAY AFTERNOONS from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., in St-Zotique (french).

Free on presentation of the $5/year membership card.


Held a few nights each year, the conferences are given by speakers from diverse backgrounds on topics that have an impact on women’s lives.

Free on presentation of membership card ($5/year).

Special activities

Fun, themed activities where women can get together, talk, and support one another.

Examples: Open House Day, Christmas card party, Christmas party.


Our region boasts several community support services. Depending on your needs, our workers will refer you to services that complement the ones we already offer.
