Mission and objectives

The Center’s mission

The Centre de femmes La Moisson is a community resource whose mission is to support ALL women from the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region in developing their full potential, in a climate of trust, confidentiality, equality, and solidarity.

Our approach promotes independence through self-affirmation at a pace that is comfortable for each person, in order to help ALL women to see themselves as unique and accountable for their own actions.

The Center’s objectives

The Centre’s goal is to be a place of refuge, sharing, and personal development for women:

  • Welcome women to the Centre, listen to them, and validate their needs, while creating a relationship of trust and supporting them on their journey;
  • Through discussions, activities, and workshops, promote an approach that fosters the women’s well-being, self-awareness, self-affirmation, and the development of their full potential;
  • Form a volunteer support network to promote development, solidarity, empowerment, and the women’s integration into society by fostering a sense of belonging to their community.
